Dominions 6: Rise of the Pantokrator | Feminie | Episode 02 - First Turns and Mechanics Overview

Dominions 6 is the latest game in a venerable series of fantastic fantasy strategy games from Illwinter Games Design. Without a doubt one of the most complex and potentially intimidating video games ever made, it is also incredibly playable and fun, and in this single player series, I hope to show how the game can be played in a thematic way that plays to the lore of the game. This series will be suitable as a tutorial to the game for new players as I look at the game rules and mechanics quite thoroughly. However, I'd probably advise not playing Feminie as a new player as the Late Age is rather punishing and requires some knowledge of the mechanics to really do well. That said, you can play ANY age and nation as a beginner if you set the difficulty a little easier, and remember to put AI nations on Defensive so that they don't declare war on you too early! This game is released on January 17th, 2024 and will available on Steam.
