Rollingstock Maintenance Best Practice Webinar - Optimisation

YTP started off the New Year with a two part webinar series in association with Downer’s Rollingstock Services business on the topic of Maintenance Best Practice. The first webinar focused on the subject of Optimisation with presenters Kevin Tan (Maintenance Strategy Manager, Downer Group) and Kaylyn Chandran (Maintenance Strategy Engineer, Downer Group). This webinar explored Downer’s Maintenance Strategy Road Map, and provided insightful information about the key steps and processes Downer have adopted in regards to optimisation for inspections and overhaul tasks.
