Before use, knead the marmalade until smooth, transfer to a pastry bag without a nozzle. 🍜 Prepare the custard. 1. Send milk to a saucepan, put on medium heat 2. Mash the yolks with sugar. 3. Add flour and cornstarch, stir. 4. Add a third of lukewarm milk to the mass, stir until smooth. 5.
