Yoga for ME/CFS introduction to phases
Tried yoga and found it too exhausting? Me too! That is why I have created 7 different videos for each phase of recovery starting with a meditation and no movement at all, to supine then sitting then standing poses. I do a combination of these most days and I just love the way it makes me feel. It energizes me, oxygenates my brain and body, stretches out all the kinks and leaves me feeling relaxed and terribly pleased with myself! ;) I hope it helps you on your path to recovery too. xx
