He boiled dumplings reserved for noon guests as breakfast, and failed to buy vegetables and mineral water during grocery runs. He altered the pre-agreed seafood menu without permission, and made excuses that kitchen knives could not scrape fish scales when dealing with ingredient cleaning. He also made two separate single-flavor pots instead of the requested one pot with two broths.
