Fünf Minuten
A little German tune, a schottishe of sorts. Not quite 5 minutes here, but there you go. This one was transcribed and notated by folk musicians Vivien Zeller and Thomas Behr from the collection Tanzmusikhefte Oberin, and included in their "Neues aus Alten Bücherin 3." No date on this collection but its probably either late 18th century or early to mid 19th based on the other historic collections of dance tunes that they have mined. We played this back during COVID outside San Francisco's Suppenkuche and in their Biergarten, and bring it back now in honor of Tucson's new Biergarten restaurant.
