Yamaguchi likes Tsukishima but Tsukishima likes "Heather" (obviously) whose name is Chinami Shimono. Chinami has sleeping troubles so she has dark bags under her eyes which Tsukishima notices. Tsukishima wants to give her an eye mask in hopes she'll sleep better but he has too much pride to give it to her himself, so he asks Yamaguchi. Since Yamaguchi is the one that gave her the eye mask, she thinks its actually from him and not from Tsukishima, which is the reason why she begins to like him. The rest should be really obvious as it's clearly shown in the animatic. ALSO the color coded hearts, if you didnt get it, represents who's saying the lyric as their thoughts. Welp, thats it!
