ಭಾಗ -06 ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರೇ . ನಾನು (ರೇಣುಕಾ )ನಾಳೆ ಮೊಳಕೆಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಕಾಳು ಪಲ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮಡಿಕೆ ಕಾಳುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಮಾಡಿ, ಚನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಳೆದು ನೀರು ಹಾಕಿ ನೆನೆಯಲು ಇಟ್ಟು,ಹಾಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತ್ತ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬರುವಾಗ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಾ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದೆ ಹಸಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಹುರಿಗಡಲೆ ತುಂಬಾನೇ ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಅಷ್ಟೋತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಮುಳುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು ಆಗ ನೆನೆಸಿದ ಕಾಳುಗಳನ್ನ ಮೊಳಕೆಯಾಗಲು ಕಾಟನ್ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಇಟ್ಟೇನು. ಮುಂಜಾನೆ ನನ್ನ ತಮ್ಮ ಕುರಿಹಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ತಂದು ಜೋಳದ ಸಂಗಟಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಳಿ ಹೊಲದ ಕಡೆ ಹೋದನು. 1ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೇಖಾ (ಚಿಕ್ಕಪ್ಪನ ಮಗಳು )ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮನೆಗೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ, ಆಗ ನಾನು ಕುರಿ ಹಾಲನ್ನು ಕಾಯಿಸಿ ಜೋಳದ ಸಂಗಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಅಷ್ಟ್ಟರಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರ ಹೊಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆ ಕಿತ್ತು ಮನೆಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ರೇಖಾ ಗೃಹಪಾಠ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಉಪಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿಟ್ಟ ಕಾಳುಗಳು ತುಂಬಾ ಚನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮೊಳಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದವು. ಕಾಳು ಪಲ್ಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಕುಟ್ಟಿ ಮಸಾಲೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಒಗ್ಗರಣೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಬೇಯಿಸಿ ಪಲ್ಯ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು ನಂತರ ಜೋಳದ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಬಿಸಿ ಬಿಸಿ ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ, ಸಹೋದರ ಮತ್ತು ರೇಖಾ ಮೂವರು ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೆಂಪುಚಟ್ನಿ, ಶೇಂಗಾ ಪುಡಿ, ಮೂಲಂಗಿ ಸೌತೆಕಾಯಿ ಹಸಿ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ತರಹದ ಪಲ್ಯ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಊಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಊಟವು ತುಂಬಾ ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶುಭದಿನ 🙏🏼🙏🏼 ಇಂತಿ ರೇಣುಕಾ EPISODE - 06 Dear Village Life lovers I (Renuka)To prepare the sprouted dal tomorrow, clean the dal and the dal, wash them well in water and keep them soaked.Like that, while wandering in our chickpea field and coming home, we picked and ate the chickpea plants and when we came home, the raw chickpea was very tasty. Later, while making hot roti from corn flour, my father, brother and Rekha were eating roti along with red chutney, peanut powder, radish cucumber green onion greens and two kinds of palya and the meal was very tasty.
