Today the Meat Manifesto road trip pushes North from Aberystwyth into the iconic Llanberis Pass, but it wasn't all smooth sailing. We’re winging it toward Snowdonia National Park, but the Meat Wagon has started acting up. With a mystery power loss and the N75 "Moo Valve" causing drama on the 1-in-6 grade hills, I wasn't sure we’d even make it to the lake.
