Hidangan Sup Ikan sangat terkenal di Sabah khususnya di Kota Kinabalu. Antara ikan-ikan segar yang selalu digunakan adalah ikan merah, ikan keratang, ikan kerapu, ikan putih. Kebanyakkan kedai yang menjual sup ikan menyediakan beberapa jenis sup antaranya sup tomato, sup peria, sup hamchoi, sup asam pedas dan juga sup tomyam.
