Homemade Stuffed Bread — CRISPY Outside, JUICY Inside!

Greeting and Introduction Hi everyone! Today we’re making stuffed bread — a very tasty, quick, and juicy dish. Ingredients (for my portion): 250 g beef and 250 g pork, 1 onion 100–150 ml tomato paste (I diluted it with water and added slightly less than a teaspoon of sugar) Herbs: dill, parsley, cilantro (finely chopped) Cheese (optional, grated for topping at the end) Salt, pepper, and other spices to taste Oil for frying Preparation Cutting the ingredients: Meat — thin strips (or to your liking) Onion — half rings or as convenient Garlic — finely chopped Frying the meat: Heat a pan with oil over high heat Fry the meat for about 3–6 minutes (ideally 4 minutes per side) Adding vegetables: Add garlic and onion Fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat Tomato sauce: Pour in the tomato paste, diluted with water and sugar Simmer for about 10 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick Assembling in the bread: Hollow out the bread and fill it with the meat and sauce Sprinkle on top with herbs and grated cheese Let it sit for a few minutes so the cheese melts For extra melted cheese and a hotter dish, you can put the bread in the oven for a few minutes.
