The three commanders of the Puebla City Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC), arrested Friday morning at the municipal police headquarters, are linked to the murder of two of their colleagues in the Del Valle neighborhood and to the criminal group known as Operativa Barredora (Sweeping Operation).
