In InspiArsi Ep. 71, we collaborated with Adit from Birkaloci. This striking house, designed with a minimalist blend of natural nuances, is inhabited not only by humans but also by 18 cats! The house has three floors, with a total building area of ​​291m2, situated on an asymmetrical, trapezoidal plot of 200m2. The building's mass is also divided into two areas: one for the immediate family and one for the elderly. In the middle is an inner courtyard, complete with a water pond and a cat bridge connecting the cat playroom with the cat service area. Despite the house's unique and extensive space requirements, Birkaloci successfully designed and oversaw its completion, resulting in a comfortable home for its owners.
