Fusion 360 From Zero | Beginner Step-by-Step Modeling Tutorial #42

2D Sketch : https://www.3dmechanism.com/post/3d-e... In this tutorial we'll use the features: Extrude Extrude is the most fundamental command for turning a 2D sketch into a 3D solid. It works by taking a closed sketch profile and extending it linearly (in a straight line). Function: It is used to add material (create a "boss") or to remove material (create a "cut"). Control: You define the direction and depth of the extension. Split Body The Split Body command is used to divide an existing solid body into two or more separate bodies. Function: It requires a splitting tool, which can be a plane, a face, or a surface body. The splitting tool acts as a knife, slicing the solid body along its defined boundary. Benefit: This is essential for separating a single modeled part into its individual components or for preparing a part for complex surfacing or shelling operations. Fillet & Hole These commands are used to refine and add standardized features to a model. Fillet: This command creates a smooth, rounded edge on a part by adding or removing material according to a specified radius. It's used for aesthetics and to reduce stress concentrations. Hole: This is a specialized tool for creating different types of cylindrical cuts in a part. It is more efficient than a simple extruded cut because it allows you to quickly define industry-standard features like clearance, countersunk, or tapped (threaded) holes. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rating, commenting, subscribing and sharing are always appreciated!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Follow Us On: Instagram :   / engbcruz   YouTube:    / @bcruzmechanisms   #Education #Fusion360 #Fusion360tutorial #cad
