Altered Fans - Floral Fan Tutorial

This project was so fun to create! I used a hand held fan purchased from Dollar Tree and added a whole bund of Shabby Chic embellishments to pretty it up. You've got to try this one! The embellishments won't be exactly the same as the ones in the video, however I will make sure you have plenty of great stuff to accomplish the results that will make you sing when it's done.
