Lesson on the SUBJUNCTIVE (It's time...., I wish....)

After explaining how the subjunctive mood is used in English, Mr. P./Marc will list verbs and phrases that go with it. He will especially talk about the verb "wish" and the expression "it's time." He will also list some set phrases, such as God forbid, come what may, etc., that use the subjunctive mood. This lesson is intended for pre-intermediate and intermediate students who wish to improve their English grammar and for those above levels who wish to clear up doubts about the past. Mr. P. is a Canadian English Teacher/Coach from Toronto, Canada, who has been teaching English since 1997. He taught English to adults in Rome for over 20 years. He is a certified English teacher specializing in EFL, ESL, TOESL, TOEFL, #IELTS, KET, PET, CAE, FCE, and CPE. In 2015 he became an Honorary Fellow at UNITELMA Sapienza University in Rome.
