2 Corinthians 10:12-18

It's easy to feel pretty good about yourself when you compare your life to other people. You're not the worst. You're doing better than some. You're a decent person. In 2 Corinthians 10:12-18 we look at how easy it is to quietly become our own judge, measuring our worth by comparison to others. But the moment we stand next to Christ, every excuse falls apart as we come face to face with our sin. There is only one road that leads to being known by God — the road of humility and repentance. It's only the one who has stopped defending himself and thrown himself on God's mercy who is ever approved by him.
