Tarta Regina de Salamanca

How to prepare the traditional Tarta Regina, typical of Salamanca. It is a recipe with several processes, but all easy to make and quite common in baking. Basically we have to cut and bake some sheets of puff pastry, make a pastry cream and whip cream, then we put it all together and we have one of the most delicious cakes you can imagine.
