Successful real estate agent Sofia is embroiled in a romance with her boss, who recently proposed to her. At first glance, her life seems to be climbing the ladder, but the young woman realizes she isn't truly happy. In a session with her psychotherapist, she reminisces about her first love, Kostya, from whom she separated to move to the big city and build her career. Distraught, Sofia gets behind the wheel, loses control of the vehicle, and crashes. During her coma, she experiences an alternate life: she wakes up in bed with Kostya, while two young children run into the room and call for her, "Mommy." Some time later, Sofia regains consciousness and realizes that the three days spent with the "family" have completely changed her. She decides to find Konstantin and travels to his hometown, where she discovers that Kostya is a single father raising two children. Sofia is astonished: his children are identical to the ones she saw during her coma. By a happy coincidence, Konstantin needs a nanny, and Sofia appears on his doorstep twelve years after their last meeting...
