Utensile "Sbucciatore": Il Tuo nuovo Alleato per Il Tornio!

In this EBGmodels video, I want to show you a special lathe tool that can perform very accurate and even repetitive work, once adjusted to the desired result. I'll show you how to create Morse tapers, but it can also be used to produce highly precise round pieces of the same set diameter. If the cutting edge is shaped into a certain shape, it could also be used as a forming tool to obtain a shaped piece in a single pass. In English, it's called a "skiving tool" and can often be found in industrial gear making. It's obviously completely different from the one I'm showing in the video, but the principle is similar. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take your lathe to the next level with the NORTON BOX Kit:    • Scatola Norton Elettronica - Due KIT:  per...   If you'd like more information or a KIT to install on your lathe, please email me at [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow me on https://ko-fi.com/ebgmodels, where you can also find various tools and equipment I've designed for micromechanics.
