The Bigge Dam (Biggesee, Biggestausee) is located in the southern part of the Sauerland region, between Olpe and Attendorn. It is the fifth largest dam in Germany and is surrounded by a wooded, low mountain range landscape. Besides the main reservoir, the forebay can also be explored by stand-up paddleboard.
