Today, the President's Administrator Kanybek Tumanbaev visited the Muras state mortgage housing complex, which is being built by the State Mortgage Company, and got acquainted with the ongoing work. First, he focused on the previously completed works, noting that 986 apartments were commissioned in the first stage, and residents are currently living in these apartments. Then, Kanybek Tumanbaev said that by the end of this year, another 1,080 apartments are planned to be fully completed and commissioned in the near future. This is a great support for citizens waiting for a house through a state mortgage. He also emphasized that the remaining blocks in the complex are planned to be fully completed by the end of next year. As a result, a total of 4,754 apartments will be built in the Muras state mortgage housing complex. During the visit, Kanybek Tumanbaev demanded that contractor companies pay special attention to quality issues. He said that people will live in state mortgage houses for many years, and "quality should be the top priority." In addition, he singled out a modern autonomous furnace imported from Europe installed on the territory of the complex. This is a high-tech system that is rarely used in Kyrgyzstan, providing energy-efficient, safe and stable heating.
