PantoRouter® and accessories at DICTUM https://www.dictum.com/pantorouter The PantoRouter® is a copy routing system for producing almost all classic wood joints. In this video tutorial, you will learn how to mill simple tenon joints of different thicknesses with the PantoRouter® using just one tenon template. This is made possible by using different cutters and copy pins. For a joint with a 10 mm thick tenon, for example, a 10 mm diameter groove cutter and a copy pin with a ball bearing, also 10 mm diameter, can be used. For a 12 mm thick tenon, however, a 12 mm diameter cutter is used. The tracing pin with a 10 mm ball bearing is also used to cut the slot. However, a 19 mm or 20 mm tracing pin is used for cutting the slot. PantoRouter® Workshops https://www.dictum.com/search?search=...
