¿EL ALMUERZO MÁS GOURMET DE PUEBLO?

Today we're heading to **Safrà Gastrobar**, at **Av. Major, 40, 46130 Massamagrell, Valencia**, to try one of the most surprising lunches we've found lately. I went with **@Paco_granota**, who, in addition to knowing the towns and good lunch spots well, took us to a small, village-style place with a spacious terrace… but with a cuisine you wouldn't expect to find so easily. In this video we try: 🥔 *Homemade Patatas Bravas* with house sauce and chili 🔥 *Torrezno de Soria* with avocado and lime mayonnaise 🦌 **Caldereta/Venison Stew**, marinated for 24 hours and slow-cooked for over 4 hours 🥪 **Brascada Wooki**, a special sandwich with pastrami, aged cheese, caramelized onion, fried egg, Serrano ham, and tomato ☕ And we finish, as always, by checking if they had *ColaCao* Safrà Gastrobar has won several tapas awards in Massamagrell, and it's clear that they have great cooking, quality ingredients, attention to detail, and a real passion for doing something different.
