The Resident Evil Game that went down a Different Route. Don't get me wrong its a very nice looking First Person Horror Game but for Me its Not a Resident Evil Game, Its Only Resident Evil by Name. For me this Game was Good for the First Couple Maps like the Guest House ( Beginning ), Baker Estate ( Main House ), Outhouse ( Bug Place ). After that the whole Game Fell Flat for Me which led to a Disappointing 2nd Half and Ending while having No Interest in Ethan or Mia. Sadly the Enemy Variety is the Same All the Way Through eg, Mould - Standard Version, Then One with Slightly Bigger Arm, One that Crawls like a Licker, One that's Fat and Vomits ( Barely Encounter ). Overall it was a Good and Interesting Experience to Play for the First Half of the Game until it began to Over Stay its Welcome in the Second Half which led to Rushing the 2nd Half ( Or Just Wanting the Game to be Over Now ). Think this is due to the Story Telling and Changes along with the Map Designs for Later Area's Feeling Bland and Uninteresting, I Think because the First Half was So Good and set the Bar High, They could Not Top It which Resulted in a Tedious By the Numbers 2nd Half and Generic Ending. As a First Person Horror Game i would Rate this Pretty High, BUT as a Resident Evil Game i would Rate this Below Average.
