This authentically designed stone castle was built by hand, stone by stone, by a man named Sir Harry Delos Andrews. Sir Harry served as a field medic in World War One because he understood that war was necessary, although he detested the modern form of long ranged warfare. Instead he preferred the sword to sword combat of medieval knights. He studied ancient castles in Europe and decided he would build his own by himself here in Ohio. The castle hosts events, weddings, Boy Scout camping and much more.
