After doing some research, it seems like this place is a chain, and they have locations in Shinjuku (Kabukicho) and Nishi-Shinjuku as well! Free soft drink all-you-can-drink for women-only parties and families with children. Also, they charge you the regular price of each item you don't eat, so don't order more than you can eat.
