In my 30 video series on Efficient Spey Casting, I cover off all of these points at different videos and at different times. I've brought these five tips together in one video, to emphasize their importance. In my other Spey casting videos I've had numerous comments from anglers who talk about the significant improvement they've discovered as they learned to adopt these good habits.
