Five years ago, I captured this video of Jim Walker’s Arizona Unit 12B bighorn sheep hunt. I had forgotten to switch my video camera off of an external microphone and ended up with zero audio. I struggled creatively with how I could still use the great footage I had. My idea was to get everyone together over a few beers, watch the video, and record whatever naturally transpired to use as the audio. Then COVID happened. Then life happened. Then forgetfulness happened. But then… the stars aligned. They were all in Page, AZ at the same time. Here’s how I meshed it.
