https://marangoni.com - Created exclusively for the Marangoni's Rovereto (Italy) retreading plant, this production line manages the bead-to-bead hot-cure building process, fully automatically and flexibly, thanks to a system featuring four extruders served by an industrial robot that applies the cushion gum and the tread compounds using spindles, controlling the amount of rubber placed on each tyre by measuring the weight and the movements performed by the robot. This technology brings significant improvements in the final products, both in terms of quality and performance, making the retreaded tyres manufactured comparable to premium new tyres.
