DongCheng has two motor manufacturing workshops, one mainly produces AC series motors, the other one produces DC brushless motors and induction motors. We have 150 production lines to manufacture motors, and the annual production capacity is more than 20 million sets. The quality-control-standards for motors are pretty strict, as motors are the most core part to power tools. The control of motor quality mainly depends on the testing equipment. We have invested in most advanced automatic production lines and equipment. The motors are tested and the quality is guaranteed through these advanced automated production lines. Labor force and material resources are saved, and production efficiency is improved. Dongcheng is in the leading position of the industry.
