You basically have to make sure that the kettlebell's flight direction stays along your body. If you combine this with the swing snatch, you have to quickly switch from the semicircular flight direction (generated by the swing) to the vertical one. When using the kettlebell, always make sure that your wrists are free and that you're not wearing rings to ensure a clean workout. A training plan with the snatch might look like this: 30-60 seconds per round Exercise: Alternating Swing Snatch 30-60 second break 3-5 rounds for a 10-minute workout IMPORTANT: Consult a qualified trainer to learn this exercise efficiently and be able to perform it well.
