The strongest XP farm for Minecraft Bedrock! Using an armadillo and silverfish, one activation takes you from 0 to 50-56 levels. A Splash Potion of Infestation spawns the silverfish and tridents kill them automatically, so it keeps working even now that the old arrows-of-harming farms are being retired. It's compact, beginner-friendly, and I walk through every bug fix and troubleshooting step. Water Bottles + Nether Wart → Awkward Potion 3. + Stone (smelted Stone, NOT Cobblestone) → Potion of Infestation 4. + Gunpowder → Splash Potion of Infestation (Makes 3 at a time - keep a chest nearby and brew in batches.) ⚠️Before you build ⚠️ Armadillos only spawn in Savanna and Badlands biomes. Building near a savanna makes bringing them over much easier (or lead them with a Spider Eye / a Lead if you build at your base). ⚠️ Never use stone-type blocks (Stone, Cobblestone, Stone Bricks, Deepslate, Sandstone, Mossy Stone, etc.) anywhere in the farm - silverfish will infest and break them. Use Smooth Stone or other safe blocks. 📝Chapters 00:00 Intro - the farm & 50-56 levels per run 00:38 Setup - lure and trap a named zombie 03:35 Build the kill area & armadillo pen 04:44 Find, breed & move in the armadillos 11:40 Set up the tridents & the Splash Potion of Infestation 19:40 Activate, collect XP & important tips ⛑️Troubleshooting ▼No silverfish / no XP 💡Check: 1) the armadillo still has the Infested effect (throw another Splash Potion of Infestation if it wore off), 2) the armadillo is rolled up, 3) the tridents are stuck in the trapdoor and flapping. ▼My zombie disappeared 💡Peaceful removes the zombie, which unrolls the armadillo. Play on Easy or above. If it's gone, open the lid, lure a new zombie, name it and seal it back in. ▼My XP payout varies 💡If it's within a small range, ignore it - 48-56 with 3 armadillos is normal. More armadillos = more XP, but 5+ gets laggy, so 3 is best. ▼The blocks keep breaking 💡You're using blocks silverfish can infest. Stone, Cobblestone, Stone Bricks, Deepslate, Sandstone and Mossy Stone all break. Swap to Smooth Stone, dirt, planks or concrete. ▼The armadillo unrolls and dies when I place it 💡Never use a Lead when putting the armadillo into the Composter - it forces the unroll. Take the Lead off and push it in with your body. Damage particles show, but a rolled-up armadillo takes no real damage. ▼The armadillo dies / disappears on the cactus 💡On world load the armadillo can briefly unroll and die to the cactus. When you finish and leave, break the cactus, store it in a chest, and re-place it next time. That prevents the accidental deaths. ▼The tridents don't hit the silverfish / it suddenly stopped 💡On world load the tridents can sink into the block and stop. If you flip the lever and hear no trident sound, break the top trapdoor, re-attach a trapdoor to the side of the Redstone Dust, and re-throw (armadillo count + 2) tridents. Stuck tridents can be picked back up. ▼It stops when I walk away 💡Outside the simulation distance the silverfish stop being processed. Stay close and collect near the kill area. Simulation distance 4 worlds and Realms are especially strict, so activate right next to the farm. ▼No XP on multiplayer / Realms, or only for friends 💡XP only drops if the person who threw the tridents is logged in. On a Realm the world owner must be online. Collect while the trident-thrower (owner on a Realm) is logged in. ▼Checked everything and it still won't run 💡Run through this: is the armadillo named? Is the zombie named and the armadillo rolled up? Any stone-type blocks in the farm? Is the Splash Potion of Infestation actually hitting? Are the tridents flapping and making the metal sound?
