DIY Cement Planter Anyone Can Make

If you want to make your own cement planter on a budget, watch our build to learn some helpful tips. We make a sand cast concrete bowl planter - no molds, jigs, or power tools required! We needed to replace a broken pot, but instead of running to the store to buy one we ran to our shed and grabbed some supplies to make one. Our list of tools and materials include: -Cement -Water -Bowl -Plastic -Dirt (sand mixed with dirt 1:1 is preferable) -Trowel -Putty knife/Scraper -Lazy Susan -Board -Tube/Masonry bit -Sandpaper -Gloves -Optional wire mesh -Optional PVA glue This method can be used to make pots of any shape or size.
