Dave's Garage - Triumph Speed Twin 1200 K&N Air Filter Install

Today we show how to remove and replace your Triumph Bonneville or Thruxton air filter. In my case, I am using a K&N so that I can wash and reuse it as needed, but this process works for any air filter that goes in the stock airbox. Bobbers and some other bikes might have a different airbox, so this process is limited to the Bonneville Street Twin, Speed Twin, T100, T120, Thruxton, Street Cup and maybe a few others. Possibly the Scrambler 900. Not sure about the newer Scrambler 1200 as they might have a different setup for offroad use? Not sure... But if your setup looks like mine in the video, then this is for you. Simply tools, a pair of needle nose pliers and a T20 torx bit or wrench.
