While refreshing yourself outside is wonderful, I believe that having a place where you can truly relax, where you spend the most time, is the greatest source of happiness. From the perspective of a care manager, I also talk about "how to deal with possessions" and "downsizing your lifestyle" to live the second half of your life lightly, energetically, and positively.
