We had to eat all the ingredients, excluding the broth, within 15 minutes, and there was a 15,000 won fine for failing. From the savory broth to the chewy noodles, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire challenge. The owner, who even allowed me to watch him make the udon in the kitchen, and the owner's wife, who greeted me with a bright smile the entire time, made my visit a truly memorable one.
