Why Are They Building So Many Car Washes? And Storage Facilities?

Something changed right? Car Washes and Storage Facilities are popping up all over, and many more are approved or submitted to be developed. Why? Are cars dirtier today? Do we really have that much more stuff to store? This is a lecture style (dry, no fancy graphics. Ha) overview of a couple factors that now have Big Finance involved in the industries, who are investing big money to build more locations. I also discuss how some developers are jumping into the industry also, creating their own companies! (Note: I posted earlier and realized I had a confusing edit mistake.
