Tyler Robinson's roommate, Lance Twiggs, given immunity in exchange for testimony

Day three of Tyler Robinson's preliminary hearing in the murder case of Charlie Kirk concluded after both the prosecution and defense agreed to redact parts of key testimony. Attorneys argued over the pre-recorded, testimony of Lance Twiggs, Robinson's roommate and lover. Day four will start with redacted video of Twiggs' testimony. MORE: Prosecutors also showed video from when Tyler Robinson turned himself in to the Washington County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 11, 2025, after he allegedly killed Charlie Kirk. It's unclear if the security video was taken on Sept. 11 or Sept. 12, 2025, when Robinson was officially arrested.
