Colour, culture and pure kiddies joy lit up Penal today as the Siparia Women’s Association staged its vibrant Kiddies Carnival at the Petrotrin Recreational Ground on Clarke Road. Under the patronage of Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar SC, members of Cabinet joined families for a celebration packed with young masqueraders, music, and live entertainment.
