Roger Is Insane With This Skill 1 Medal Build! (Zoro & Sanji Counter)

Green EX Roger is actually really good in the current meta, i didnt expect it when i started trying him today. If you have a few attack stacks you can reliably one-shot the new EX Zoro and Sanji. Nusjuro is a problem for him, Kizaru as well but he is pretty rare in the current meta. Blackbeard isnt a bad match for him either. I would prioritize a skill 1 medal set like the one i used in the video (00:30), skill 1 CDR on KO's uniwue trait medals are also good!
