[Question 6] While heavy rains are concentrated in the Honam, Chungnam, and metropolitan areas, the heatwave has intensified in the Yeongnam and Jeju regions. In particular, with a large influx of hot and humid air, sweltering heat with a perceived temperature exceeding 33 degrees Celsius is continuing. Heatwave advisories have even been issued in some areas. What is the reason for this situation where one side is suffering from severe rain damage while the other is in sweltering conditions?
