Menzel Two-Stage Open-Width Bleaching Range / Zweistufige Breitbleichanlage

Our large continuous bleaching line is ideal for end products with light shades or pure white products such as bed linen, table linen or shirting fabrics. On the line, desizing, boiling off and bleaching of woven fabrics are realized in only one pass, but in three separate steps one after the other. By using a cylinder dryer, the pure white bleached fabric leaves the line dry and thus ready pre-treated for subsequent processes such as dyeing, printing or mercerizing. The desizing wash before bleaching and the washout after boiling off/bleaching are carried out in our proven OPTIWASH washing compartments. The actual boil-off and bleaching process takes place on two separate application systems and steamers each, consisting of the OPTIMAX high liquor applicator and the OPTISTEAM combi steamer: The OPTIMAX combines the high liquor removal and the boil-off or bleaching liquor application in one unit. Process-controlled, high-precision dosing pumps ensure flexible adaptation of the chemical recipes. In our OPTISTEAM combi steamer, the fabric is first passed over a roller table. Afterwards, it is deposited on the proven MENZEL walking conveyor system. This reduces the risk of cross folds in the deposited fabric immensely. The internal steam saturation as well as an optimal temperature control lead to extremely uniform pretreatment effects. In both liquor-carrying and non-floor-carrying areas, we have consistently relied on the use of stainless steel components - this guarantees our customers high durability as well as reduced maintenance requirements! Unsere große, kontinuierliche Bleichanlage eignet sich hervorragend für Endprodukte mit hellen Farbtönen oder reinweiße Produkte wie Bettwäsche, Tischwäsche oder Hemdenstoffe. Auf der Anlage werden Entschlichtung, Abkochen und Bleichen von Webware in nur einem Durchgang zu realisiert, jedoch in drei separaten Schritten nacheinander. Durch den Einsatz eines Zylindertrockners verlässt die rein weiß gebleichte Ware trocken die Anlage und ist somit fertig vorbehandelt für nachfolgende Prozesse wie Färben, Drucken oder Mercerisieren. Die Entschlichtungswäsche vor dem Bleichen sowie das Auswaschen nach dem Abkochen/Bleichen werden in unseren bewährten Waschabteilen OPTIWASH durchgeführt. Der eigentliche Abkoch- und Bleichprozess passiert auf jeweils zwei separaten Auftragssystemen und Dämpfern, bestehend aus dem Hochflottenapplikator OPTIMAX und dem Kombi-Dämpfer OPTISTEAM: Der OPTIMAX vereint die Hochentwässerung sowie den Abkoch- bzw. Bleichflottenauftrag in einem Gerät. Prozessgesteuerte, hoch präzise Dosierpumpen gewährleisten dabei eine flexible Anpassung der Chemikalien-Rezepturen. In unserem OPTISTEAM Kombi-Dämpfer wird die Ware zunächst über einen Walzengang geführt. Danach erfolgt die Ablage auf dem bewährten MENZEL-Walking-Conveyor-System. Dieses verringert die Gefahr von Querfalten in der abgelegten Ware immens. Die interne Dampfsättigung sowie eine optimale Temperatursteuerung führen zu äußerst gleichmäßigen Vorbehandlungseffekten. In flottenführenden sowie nicht flottenführenden Bereichen haben wir konsequent auf den Einsatz von Edelstahlkomponenten gesetzt – das gewährleistet unseren Kunden hohe Haltbarkeit sowie reduzierten Wartungsaufwand!
