Chevy Cobalt Intermittent Issue RESOLVED Instrument Cluster Gauges, Rough Shifting, Power Steering

The linked video contains the comment left by spikedspike that gave me the idea to check this area:    • 2006 Chevy Cobalt with electrical communic...   The affected engine is a 2.2 Liter L61 Ecotech. This engine was also in the Chevy HHR, Malibu, Pontiac Pursuit/G5, and Saturn Ion. As mentioned in the forum posts linked by spikedspike, similar issues appear to affect other engines and car makes/models.
