I'm sharing the recipe here, but if you're going to make it, I recommend watching the detailed video ☺️ Ingredients for the Hamburger Recipe 2 cups warm milk 2 cups warm water 1 teaspoon vegetable oil 2 eggs 2 packages instant yeast 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 teaspoons salt As much flour as needed (I used 11 cups of flour) Milk and sesame seeds for the topping The cup size I used is 200 ml. How to Make Hamburger Buns For the dough, thoroughly mix the milk, oil, eggs, granulated sugar, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the flour to form a very soft, slightly sticky dough. Cover with a thick cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour. Once the dough has risen, let it rest for about 1 hour. Knead a little more and divide into 24 equal pieces. Shape into rounds. Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart, and let rest on the sheet for 1 hour. Brush the dough with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown.
