In this case, the pressure switch electrically turns the pump on and off when certain values ​​(cut-in and cut-out pressures) are reached. A pressure switch circuit must include a pressure tank. Connection via an automation unit The simplest and most effective way to control a well pump is to connect it via an automation unit. Automation units come in a variety of configurations, from highly sophisticated to fairly simple. A key advantage is factory assembly and configuration. Essentially, you need to connect power to the automation unit on one side and connect the pump on the other. Then it will handle everything automatically.
