DJ Vibes and MC Livelee playing a happy hardcore set at Helter Skelters night called "Decadance" at The Sanctuary, Milton Keynes, UK. Recorded live on Saturday the 16th of October 1999, and ripped from my tape pack. 3000+ ravers under one roof! "Decadance" was the second to last event Helter Skelter put on at The Sanctuary, the last one being New Years eve's event "The Millenium Jam"- Decadance was billed as Helter Skelters 10th birthday event, and was an absolutely wikkid night! Probably the best Skelter of the year. Vibes rinses out some classic happy hardcore in this set, and Livelee's on top form as usual!
