**સમ્યક્ દર્શન (આત્માનુભૂતિ) પ્રાપ્તિનો માર્ગ - ૩૦ ગાથા**
Since time immemorial, the soul has been wandering in the cycle of birth and death. Ignorance and falsehood are the root causes of the suffering of this world. (01) To attain eternal peace, right view is the only remedy. Accepting things as they are, that is called self-realization. (02) Believing that the body and soul are one, until then there is a sleep of falsehood. Distinguishing between the inert and the conscious, that is considered true spiritual awakening. (03) All knowledge without right view is called 'dry knowledge'. Inertia of action does not give salvation, therefore only worldly life increases. (04) As soon as true view of the self opens, the period of half-life reflection is limited. The flow of new karmas stops, and the decay of old karmas occurs very quickly. (05) First of all, it is very important to develop the qualification to walk on the path. Give up self-centeredness and attachment, keep these two big enemies away. (06) Five types of falsehood, which create obstacles in the path of the seeker. All opposite emotions, attachment, non-attachment, ignorance, should be given up. (07) Anger, pride, illusion and greed, these four akashas have to be conquered by inner purity. Anger should conquer forgiveness, pride should conquer humility, illusion should conquer simplicity. (08) Eight types of ego (admiration) of knowledge, worship, clan, caste, power should be given up. Avoiding both extremes of dry knowledge and inertia of action, accept the middle path. (09) Humility is the root of this religion, one has to cultivate complete egolessness towards the Guru. Only when intense freedom awakens in the heart, the path to this life is established. (10) Do not hold grudges against anyone, forgiveness is the gateway to salvation. Cultivate humility and discernment, accept spiritual maturity. (11) The first step is the feeling of detachment, accepting that the world is perishable. Who am I? Where did I come from? Think daily about the priceless element. (12) Do not be attached to material desires, try to cultivate equanimity in happiness and sorrow. Become a trustee and fulfill your duties, do not keep the appearance of ownership in your dealings. (13) The second step is taking refuge in the Guru, direct guidance is absolutely essential. Obey the Guru's command wholeheartedly, and dedicate the work of mind, speech and body. (14) Do not reason with the Guru's words, ego and attachment are kept at bay. By surrendering to the Guru, ego melts away, the receptivity of the heart increases manifold. (15) The third stage is the six-fold decision, the inner and profound acceptance of truth. The soul is and the soul is eternal, that is called the doer and the enjoyer. (16) There is salvation and the means of salvation, these six eternal truths are contemplated. Not just memorizing words, knowledge is put into practice in life. (17) Through self-study and satsang, the knowledge of the seeker becomes wonderfully stable. The eternal knot of falsehood is weakened, all doubts are uprooted from the root. (18) The fourth stage is the science of discrimination, the matter and consciousness are clearly seen to be different. I am only the knower-seeer, my identity with the body-mind is not achieved. (19) By cultivating meditation and witnessing, the consciousness is fixed on pure consciousness. Craving and hatred are greatly reduced, and inner awareness becomes constant. (20) The fifth stage is the separation of the knots, ignorance and craving-hatred are broken. The sparkling, unchanging self-realization of infinite bliss occurs then. (21) This is the true, correct vision, only being fixed in 'being'. The ego that I have gained knowledge, is never raised again after realization. (22) The falsehood of infinite time is destroyed, the soul becomes fearless of all fears. From the first state of qualities, there is a wonderful entry directly into the fourth state of qualities. (23) By going to the Apurva Karana state, one experiences pure feelings that were not experienced before. Here one gets a complete guarantee of salvation, one tastes bliss in the heart. (24) This path is of daily practice, in the morning one meditates on oneself in solitude. One turns inward with the feeling, "I am not the body, I am the pure soul". (25) One begins the day with humility by doing devotion, agnata, forgiveness. One keeps vigilance in work in the afternoon, and the constant witnessing spirit is kept intact. (26) If anger, egoism comes in business, one stops it with self-observation. In the evening, one listens to satsang and discourses, and detachment from the world becomes even stronger. (27) Night review is extremely important, one takes a summary of the whole day before going to bed. Pratikraman with a true heart, and remembering the Shatapada, go to sleep peacefully.
