Strohdach am Duregghof - Dr.-Viktoria-Steinkeller-Stiftungspreis
Paul Lun thatches the thatched roof of the farm building at the Duregghof farm in Afing/Jenesien with straw 🌾 from a specially cultivated heritage rye variety. Since 2006, he and his wife Christa have been farming the land with their three children – a true labor of love! ❤️ In five years of hard work, they not only reunited the farm but also renovated it with great sensitivity, expertise, and attention to detail. Their commitment to preserving traditional rural building culture was recognized with the Dr. Viktoria Steinkeller Foundation Prize. 🏆👏 Preserving exemplary examples of rural building culture is the goal of the Dr. Viktoria Steinkeller Foundation. https://stiftungsteinkeller.it/stiftung/
