Prince Harry is facing criticism from two former justice secretaries after accusing the judge - who ruled against him in his privacy case involving the Daily Mail’s publisher - of delivering an unfair judgement. Mr Justice Nicklin dismissed the claim brought by the Duke of Sussex and other celebrities against Associated Newspapers last week, rejecting all 97 allegations of unlawful information gathering.
